In the workplace, our psychology is often what determines whether we hold back or excel. Patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour that once helped us succeed can also limit us as responsibilities grow and relationships become more complex.

APPROACH

While executive coaching can build valuable skills and strategies, counselling goes a step deeper — helping you examine the underlying beliefs, emotional drivers, and relational dynamics that shape your leadership. This process allows you to challenge taken-for-granted ways of being, gain new insight, and align your inner world with the kind of leader you want to be.

Kate draws on her extensive experience as a senior leader, coach, and business consultant, combined with her clinical training in counselling psychology, to support professionals seeking personal clarity, improved communication, and authentic presence.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We start with a 15-minute meet-and-greet call to determine the fit. We will then proceed to in-person or online sessions, usually every 2 to 4 weeks. We may choose to utilize a variety of personality and operating style assessments to gain more insight about how you show up in the workplace and what the underlying areas of inflexibility are that may hold you back.
